Well, what can we say, it has been a friendly tour of epic musical feats, and Victoria was to see the last of it. I shared my love for Seekae by singing the "oohs" on Void up on the big stage, after taking a massive stack down the stage ramp in tap shoes. Embarassing and painful. Hopefully the show sounded better than it felt; I ended up played tambourine in the middle of an empty dance floor for about 5 minutes. It was an emotional night too, saying our farewells and fitting five of us into 1 single and 1 double bed The Scare left to us for the night. Once again, my luck failed me, and I got the short end of the stick, and slept on the bed base of the single. Alas, my back aches like never before. Everything up until this point was fairly peachy. I bought an absolutely priceless ticket to the Salvador Dali exhibition at the NGV, saw footage from the Spellbound dream squence, Destino (Dali Vs Disney), the Bacchanale Ballet, and the Royal Heart. The drawings and paintings were mindblowing, and I don't say this lightly. Completely and utterly inspired. I then headed down to the Theatre, bought a choc-top, and sat in The Dress Circle to watch Tex Perkins play Johnny Cash in a sold out 'Man In Black'.
I am not too sure what the girls and young joshua got up to, but Im certain it included some jumping...
(written by Holiday)
In downtown Brisbane alleyways we jumped...
On Byron Bay Beach we jumped at sunset...
In national parks after swimming in waterfalls.. we jumped...
Off a Brisveagas Bench.. we jumped...
